The wottle® bottle is made specifically for water to stay hydrated. wottle® bottle shouldn’t be used with hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids.
Yes! wottle® products are safe for dishwasher use. We suggest hand-washing.
No. wottle® products are made from stainless steel. That's a big no.
Cup: Place in the dishwasher or hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
Straws: Pull it out and place it in the silverware section of your dishwasher.
Lids: Place on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
For thorough cleaning of lids, remove the spout gasket using the pull tab and wash it separately. Use a sponge or a straw brush to clean smaller areas. Pre-soaking the parts in distilled white vinegar can help loosen buildup in tight spaces.
Do not freeze, boil, or microwave wottle® products. Do not use this product with liquids that are hot enough to cause burns.
The straw can quickly pull a large amount of liquid into the mouth from the bottom of the bottle, where the temperature of hot liquids is often higher than at the surface.
Hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids and other substances may create pressure inside the bottle, which could cause unexpected leaks or sprays. This pressure may also cause the spout cover to open suddenly, potentially injuring fingers near or behind the cover. Always open carefully.
